Celebrating its 6th season in 2013/2014, That Choir combines a high standard of performance with storytelling through choral music as one of Toronto’s most exciting a cappella groups. Formed in the spring of 2008 by Craig Pike and 14 of his actor friends, That Choir now draws together 24 auditioned members with diverse backgrounds in work and study.

Nurturing new Canadian artists is important to That Choir: we have already performed new works by J. Scott Brubacher, Tyson Kerr, as well as Dora Award winner, musician Reza Jacobs. In December of 2010, we were joined by Canadian theatre artist Nancy Palk for a reading of Dylan Thomas's A Child's Christmas in Wales as part of That Choir Carols, our annual holiday celebration. In May 2011, That Choir went on tour to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. That Choir released its self-titled, debut album in June of 2012 and we look forward to recording our next album: That Choir Carols in 2013.
